Working from your defined use cases and from my set of proven bot break points, I methodically test your bots actions and responses, observe its performance, and provide you with a detailed report delineating its execution.

Of course you’ve done UXR and UAT and received feedback from users, but this is a different approach from an independent, fresh set of experienced eyes.
